If you are viewing this, you are working with us to create an IDX - Real Estate Internet Data Exchange. I apologize for the long delay in getting the project started. After I solicited your help, the two local board's of Realtors agreed to merge. That meant, new forms, new website, new fields for information. The new website creators went over their dates and that left us in the middle. If we built an IDX, it would have to be replaced within a few months. There was no reason to spend the money and waste the time to then have to do in all over again. The merger and new web site from FNIS were delayed for months, so there was no agreement on the form the information would take. So we waited, and did some more planning of an ideal IDX for us and the features and look we wanted. Hopefully, this will make your job a lot easier as we have designed some of the formatting. Due to Illinois and Iowa laws, the office, address, contact information, like the above header, must be on every page. So the templates will have header frames with the changeable information for each agent. The search engine or viewed information and/or forms will be within the center frame.
Meanwhile to make things easier than phone calls, faxes and e-mails, I thought to put the information on line on another of my web sites. That way you could refer to things in real time and I could just give you a link to see everything I have done, and since the information is not on one of our real estate sites, those who do not need to see the information will probably not have the opportunity to find it.
