Often when shopping for a home, it comes down to one of several homes in different locations. Perhaps you have been given a choice of transfers and you do not know anything about the communities involved. Often you may not know about the new location, it's schools, crime, advantages or disadvantages. Under such circumstances it is often difficult to make an informed decision.
We subscribe to a National data base which provides us with statistical information on every major community in the United States. This information ranks communities on percentiles or gives the most recent public information available. Although we can not guarantee that it is absolutely accurate at all times, it is accurate or reasonably close. This can give you the buyers edge in selecting the home that has the best chance of appreciating the most in a given market. It may also allow you to select schools or make other choices that better fit your needs or concerns.
